About The Position

The ideal candidate will operate a crushing and screening plant while maximizing material production and minimizing plant interruptions and/or breakdowns. Perform area housekeeping to include tasks such as shoveling, using fire hose, skid steer, and digging. Perform daily pre and post inspections with appropriate documentation in compliance with company policies. Operating heavy equipment to load materials into a crusher. Perform general maintenance, minor repairs and regular service on crushing and screening equipment daily as directed by supervisor. Perform other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Three (3) years’ experience as a Crushing Operator including previous experience operating a 988 loader
• Must be willing to work overtime and weekends as needed
• Must be willing to work outside in a variety of conditions
• Must be dependable and report to work on time
• Must be willing to travel to different locations within Phoenix and the surrounding areas
• Must exhibit a high level of safety consciousness and a clear understanding of equipment safety
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to lift 50 lbs., safely climb ladders, and regularly walk on uneven ground
