Requirements

Proven ability to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving capabilities.
Commitment to safety and adherence to operational procedures.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and overtime.
Applicants must be 18 years of age or older to apply.

Responsibilities

Operate and monitor crusher plant equipment to ensure optimal production flow.
Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure equipment reliability.
Identify and troubleshoot operational issues to minimize downtime.
Maintain accurate logs and documentation of production and maintenance activities.
Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
