Requirements

  • Proven ability to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Commitment to safety and adherence to operational procedures.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and overtime.
  • Applicants must be 18 years of age or older to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor crusher plant equipment to ensure optimal production flow.
  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure equipment reliability.
  • Identify and troubleshoot operational issues to minimize downtime.
  • Maintain accurate logs and documentation of production and maintenance activities.
  • Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
