Crusher Plant Operator
About The Position
Heidelberg Materials is one of the world's largest suppliers of building materials. Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. This role operates crushing equipment safely and efficiently to meet production targets, monitors plant performance, and makes adjustments to maintain material quality. It also involves performing routine inspections and basic maintenance to ensure reliable operation, identifying and reporting equipment issues to minimize downtime, and following all safety procedures to contribute to a strong safety culture.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Operate crushing equipment safely and efficiently to meet production targets
- Monitor plant performance and make adjustments to maintain material quality
- Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance to ensure reliable operation

- Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a strong safety culture
