About The Position
We are assisting an upcoming cruise ships and looking for Cruise Service Agents for a one-day assignment. Cruise Service Agents (CSAs) will receive guests with a warm, friendly disposition, make them feel at ease, answer their questions, solve their problems immediately, or attend to their requests in a professional way. Assists with checking in passengers and guiding them in the appropriate area.
