About The Position
We are looking for Cruise & Resort Reservations Advisors interested in helping travelers find and coordinate memorable cruise and resort vacations. You'll work with clients to understand what they're looking for, research suitable options, and assist throughout the reservation and travel-planning process. This is a remote independent contractor opportunity ideal for someone who enjoys researching vacations, communicating with people, and providing excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Love learning about cruises, resorts, and destinations
- Have strong communication skills

- Are willing to complete training and continue learning
Nice To Haves
- Previous travel, hospitality, reservations, or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients interested in cruises, resorts, and vacation packages
- Research cruise lines, itineraries, ships, destinations, and resort options
- Compare accommodations, room and cabin categories, amenities, and available packages
- Help clients identify options based on their preferences and budgets
- Coordinate eligible travel reservations
- Prepare reservation details and travel information
- Monitor relevant supplier promotions
- Answer client questions throughout the planning process
- Provide professional pre- and post-travel support
- Develop knowledge of cruise lines, resort brands, and popular destinations
