About The Position

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Cruise Reservation Specialist to help clients select, book, and manage cruise vacations. The role uses knowledge of the cruise industry to recommend options based on clients’ preferences, budgets, and needs. It is a remote role requiring strong communication, sales, and organizational skills. The company specializes in cruise travel planning and partners with cruise lines to provide clients with deals, amenities, and tailored itineraries.

Requirements

Previous experience in travel sales, reservations, or customer service is preferred but not required.
Strong knowledge of cruise lines, destinations, and travel industry trends.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple bookings efficiently.
Sales-oriented mindset and passion for helping clients plan vacations.
Proficiency with online booking systems, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Nice To Haves

Certification in travel or the cruise industry, such as CLIA certification.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with cruise inquiries, reservations, and modifications by phone, email, and online platforms.
Provide guidance on cruise destinations, itineraries, ship amenities, and travel requirements.
Process bookings and payments accurately and in compliance with company policies.
Build client relationships through personalized service and follow-ups.
Stay updated on cruise line promotions, policies, and travel regulations.
Collaborate with cruise partners to secure deals and exclusive client perks.
Address client concerns and resolve booking-related issues professionally.
Upsell and cross-sell additional travel services, including excursions, travel insurance, and pre- or post-cruise accommodations.
