About The Position

You will lead a high-performing Client Relationship Team (CRT) responsible for supporting client servicing, prospecting, and sales efforts. You will partner closely with Private Wealth Advisors (PWAs) and the Regional Director to drive business growth, deliver exceptional client experiences, and ensure operational excellence. As a people leader, you will coach and develop associates, foster a collaborative team culture, and oversee risk management, compliance, and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated success leading and developing teams in a client-focused, service-oriented environment.
  • Skilled at coaching, mentoring, and managing performance to achieve business objectives.
  • Ability to anticipate client needs, identify sales opportunities, and help drive growth and retention strategies.
  • Ability to build strong partnerships and collaborate effectively across teams and business functions.
  • Demonstrate sound judgment when navigating complex client, operational, and business situations.
  • Experience improving processes, enhancing controls, and mitigating business risk.
  • Effective communicator who can influence stakeholders at multiple levels of the organization.
  • Experience leading meetings, managing projects, and driving execution against business goals.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial services and understand the trends, policies, and practices that impact the business.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Series 65 required within nine months of hire.

  • Advanced degree is preferred.
  • CFP certification is preferred.
