The Crowd Safety Security Officer position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for a client site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area. Frequently our Security Officers will provide customer service and information to a client’s employees and customers. Requirements

Have a reliable means of communication (i.e., pager or phone).
Have a reliable means of transportation
Have the legal right to work in the United States.
The ability to speak, read, and write English.
ACTIVE - NJ Security Guard License Required.
Must be willing commit to the 2026 Season Games and Special Events Schedule.
Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, etc.)

Responsibilities

Check bags and screen guests to ensure overall safety.
Control arena access by verifying tickets and credentials.
Manage crowd control issues during events.
Provide friendly guest services and direction.
Perform other duties as required to ensure safety and security at the venue.
Ability to respond effectively during emergency or stressful situations.
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills for handling customer-related situations.
Weekend, evening, and occasional holiday shifts required.
