The Fields Corner Crossroads Collaborative sponsors this Children’s Health Equity (CHEq) grant-funded position. The Crossroads Project Coordinator will support the final two years of the 3-year implementation of the CHEq scope of services planning initiative. Crossroads Collaborative aims to develop a shared platform and implement a plan that unites Fields Corner’s diverse communities to outline issues/policies that stabilize low- income and working-class residents, especially children. Our eight organizations represent anchor institutions within the neighborhood that connect work on affordable housing, anti-gentrification, economic justice, healthcare, youth development, early education, and anti-violence. The Program Coordinator II plays a leadership role in supporting the implementation, coordination, and continuous improvement of youth development and community engagement programs within the Fields Corner Crossroads Collaborative. Working closely with the Project Director and Program Coordinator and The Program Coordinator II works collaboratively with Crossroads’ staff, Collaborative members, and community partners to carry out the responsibilities below and reports to the Project Director.
