About The Position
The Crossing Guard Paraprofessional position at Rather Elementary is responsible for monitoring and maintaining a safe environment for students. This role requires an individual who can follow instructions, relate well with staff and students, and treat all students with compassion and understanding. The position begins with the 2026-27 school year.
