About The Position

Full-time cross-trained Dental Assistant needed for a practice with extended hours. This position is primarily for weekdays. We are looking for someone who enjoys an environment without politics and is looking for a long-term commitment, preferring to build friendships and opportunities as they exhibit the ability to grow and meet challenges head-on. This is a great, laid-back office with wonderful people to work with.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a private practice setting.
• Front-office experience involving more than just answering phones.
• Back office experience supporting high production treatment such as Endo, OS.
• Experience with people both over the phone and in person.
• Comfort presenting treatment plans and securing financing with patients.
• Ability to think creatively with challenging situations.
• Excellent interactive skills with docs and staff with consummate professionalism.
• Proficiency with Dentrix software.

Nice To Haves

• Financing experience is extremely helpful.
