Requirements

  • Proven sales experience, ideally with upselling or account growth
  • Strong customer relationship skills: communication, active listening, rapport‑building
  • Solid product knowledge or the ability to learn quickly
  • Analytical skills to interpret customer data/usage patterns
  • CRM proficiency (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
