You'll follow security-minded practices and procedures through all stages of the System Development Lifecycle. You will ensure infrastructure is functional and available, implement dataflows for new cross domain requirements, and update or patch critical systems. You'll provide customers insight into their network through monitoring and performance management. You will accomplish work without considerable direction. As a Cross Domain Specialist on our project, you’ll constantly look for ways to make the infrastructure better using the latest technology and the best implementation strategies. Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience with Linux, such as Red Hat or CentOS, Systems Administration including Architectural design or Operations and Sustainment capacity
  • 10+ years of experience with Cross Domain Solutions, including Everfox, High Speed Guard, Cross Domain Data Diode, Garrison, Trusted Gateway Solution (TGS), Trusted Thin Client (TTC), AFRL ISSE, Migrating to AFRL X-ARBITOR, SecureView, OWL Cyber Solutions, XD Product line, Cross Domain Data Diode, Radiant Mercury Version 7.x, BAE Systems XTS Cross Domain Product Line, or Amazon AWS Cross Domain Diode Service
  • Experience with the design, deployment, and implementation of Network Security components such as firewalls, switches, or VPNs
  • Secret clearance
  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Assurance, or Information Security System Engineering
  • Ability to obtain DoD 8570 IASAE Level III Certification within 60 days of start
  • CISSP or CASP Certification

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with VMWare ESXi, vSphere, or vRealize Operations
  • Experience with creating tailored Linux Operating systems through Kickstart or PXE
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code technologies such as Chef, Terraform, Ansible, or SaltStack
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • DoD 8570 IASAE Level III Certification
