About The Position
Gordon Food Service is seeking a Cross Docker for their second shift. This role is crucial for seamless order processing and delivery, with warehouse staff being the backbone of their success. The position involves being on your feet for the duration of the shift and lifting up to 100 pounds. While no experience is required, the company provides dedicated training. As a Cross Docker, you will be responsible for sorting, scanning, and transferring products using a PIV and handheld scanner, playing an essential part in keeping the warehouse organized and preparing products for customer delivery.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must be able to work holidays, weekends, and overtime as needed.
- Ability to work in extreme cold or hot conditions.
- Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
- Successfully pass a drug test.
- Successfully pass a background check.
