About The Position

This position requires you to be on the road 5 to 7 days at a time and averages 2,500 miles per week. Primarily running open-board Canada/U.S. in Ontario, Quebec, and the Midwest U.S. Must be willing to drive in all Canadian Provinces and U.S. States to support varying customer and freight requirements. Must be willing to drive in the Northeast U.S. if required. Regional freight will be required. Required to drive Highway 17 in Ontario 12 months a year. Ability to pull refrigerated freight if available. Must be able to haul all commodities including meat and alcohol.

Requirements

• Owner-Operator with 24 months tractor-trailer experience
• Tractor must be equipped with a working DEF system
• Bunk truck required
• Must be U.S. qualified
• Minimum of 6 months U.S. driving experience
• Valid Class 1/AZ license
• Registered with the Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse
