This role involves implementing marketing plans, developing sales strategies, and utilizing professional sales techniques to generate profitable sales in an assigned territory. The specialist will provide value-added agronomic products, services, and recommendations, manage product delivery and application, and conduct customer meetings. Customer service, including soil testing, crop scouting, and complaint resolution, is a key aspect of the role, as is ensuring customer creditworthiness and promoting credit programs.
