If you enjoy working outdoors, building relationships, and want a career that directly supports Alberta’s farming communities, this role is for you! As a Crop Adjuster, you’ll be trained and mentored by experienced professionals while helping deliver fair and timely crop inspections that protect producers and strengthen agriculture across the province. AFSC requires Crop Adjusters on a seasonal basis in work units across the province that best suit business needs. What will your growth opportunities look like in this role? This is a true learn-on-the-job career opportunity. You’ll receive hands-on training, coaching, and field experience alongside experienced Crop Adjusters while developing technical, communication, and decision-making skills. Over time, you’ll grow into conducting inspections independently, opening the door to long-term career paths within AFSC’s Claims and Adjusting Services. Crop adjusting experience will provide you with such an experience where you would be confident to explore other opportunities within the organization as well.
