About The Position

Primal Queen is a fast-growing 9-figure women’s wellness brand built on education, trust, and performance-driven marketing. We’re looking for a CRO Copywriter who understands that copy isn’t about sounding clever—it’s about driving measurable action. This role is for someone who lives at the intersection of consumer psychology, direct response copy, conversion optimization, and data. You’ll own messaging across landing pages, funnels, advertorials, offers, and customer journeys—with every word tied directly to conversion performance.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in direct response copywriting, CRO copywriting, or growth marketing.
  • Strong track record improving CVR, AOV, subscription conversion, or funnel performance.
  • Deep understanding of consumer psychology, behavioral economics, offer positioning, and objection handling.
  • Hands-on experience with Hotjar, VWO, GA4, Microsoft Clarity, and other testing/analytics tools.
  • Experience in supplements, wellness, beauty, or women’s health is strongly preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience scaling 8–9 figure DTC brands.
  • Experience with subscription products.
  • Background in paid media creative or advertorial funnels.
  • Understanding of TOF / MOF / BOF messaging.

Responsibilities

  • Write and optimize landing pages, product pages, advertorials, upsell/downsell flows, subscription funnels, and offer pages.
  • Develop messaging frameworks tailored to awareness levels, objections, and customer psychology.
  • Build and execute structured A/B testing roadmaps.
  • Create hypotheses based on user behavior, analytics, and market insights.
  • Analyze test results and iterate messaging accordingly.
  • Analyze heatmaps, session recordings, scroll depth, funnel drop-offs, and survey responses.
  • Conduct or support usability testing and customer interviews.
  • Turn customer language into conversion-driven messaging.
  • Partner with the CRO team, designers, media buyers, product team, and growth team.
  • Ensure copy aligns with UX, visual hierarchy, and overall funnel strategy.
