Requirements
- Current certification as a CRNA by the National Board on Certification and Re-Certification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA).
- Valid, unrestricted RN and CRNA licenses in Arkansas (Currently, or willing to obtain).
- Minimum of 0-1 years of experience as a CRNA.
- Proficiency in various case types.
- Strong clinical knowledge.
- Ability to perform anesthesia management for diverse patient populations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
- Ability to adapt to changing clinical situations and deliver optimal patient care.
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications are required.
- Must be comfortable performing solo epidurals and spinals for OB.
Responsibilities
- Perform anesthesia management for diverse patient populations.
- Administer anesthesia for nearly all specialties besides transplants.
- Perform approximately 85 OB deliveries per month.
- Perform solo epidurals and spinals for OB (training provided).
