About The Position
The Specialty Alliance is seeking a dedicated Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join their anesthesia team at an Ambulatory Surgery Center in Plano, TX. This large, advanced private practice group is looking for a professional who can provide superior care and work collaboratively with CRNAs, Physicians, and ASC staff. The role offers an independent CRNA practice model with a high degree of autonomy, focusing on outpatient GI procedures. The Specialty Alliance is a physician-led Management Services Organization (MSO) that supports leading specialty practices with national-scale infrastructure, data, and resources, aiming to preserve clinical autonomy while enabling growth and high-quality specialty care.
Requirements
- CRNA
- Eligible state license
- Excellent communication skills
Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia care for outpatient GI procedures
- Conduct pre-anesthesia evaluations and patient assessments
- Manage airway and anesthesia administration
- Monitor patients throughout procedures and recovery
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff
- Maintain compliance with clinical and safety standards
