1099 PRN CRNA - Arlington, Texas
About The Position
National Partners in Healthcare, a National Practice Management company in the DFW metroplex, is seeking talented and engaged CRNAs to join their team. Due to continued growth, there is a need for additional CRNAs to practice in Arlington, TX, specifically at Medical City Arlington, a Level II Trauma Center. This is a PRN position with 8 and 10-hour shifts available. The role involves a full-scope CRNA practice, including placing spinals, epidurals, peripheral nerve blocks, arterial/central lines, and more. The position offers significant teaching and training opportunities to foster independent practice. There are two physicians in-house 24/7, and the charting is done via Graphium EMR with point-of-care charting. The typical ratio is 1:3.
Requirements
- NBCRNA Certification (or in process of obtaining)
- Texas license
- ACLS Card
- PALS Card
Nice To Haves
- Experience in a Level II Trauma Center
- Experience with a busy OB service
- Experience with Cardiovascular, Vascular/Thoracic cases
Responsibilities
- Practice full-scope CRNA duties, including placing spinals, epidurals, peripheral nerve blocks, arterial/central lines.
- Provide anesthesia services for a variety of cases including General, B&B Regional for Ortho Spine, OB epidurals, GI/Endo, Ortho, Urology, EP/Cath Lab, Cardiovascular, Vascular/Thoracic.
- Function independently with opportunities for teaching and training.
- Work in an environment with a 1:3 CRNA to physician ratio.
- Provide coverage for a busy OB service, including in-house CRNA at night.
- Utilize Graphium EMR with point-of-care charting.
Benefits
- Ranges from $180-200 per hour (based on experience)
