About The Position
The Specialty Alliance is seeking a dedicated Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join their anesthesia team at an Ambulatory Surgery Center in Southlake, TX. This role involves providing superior care and collaborating with CRNAs, Physicians, and ASC staff in a large, advanced private practice group. The position offers a highly competitive compensation package, including a sign-on bonus, and features a no-call, no-nights, no-weekends, and no-holidays schedule. It operates under an independent CRNA practice model, offering a high degree of autonomy.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia care for outpatient GI procedures
- Conduct pre-anesthesia evaluations and patient assessments
- Manage airway and anesthesia administration
- Monitor patients throughout procedures and recovery
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff
- Maintain compliance with clinical and safety standards
