About The Position

Ambulatory Anesthesia Care – Pacific Northwest (AAC-PNW) provides high-quality office-based anesthesia services across pediatric dental, adult dental, and select specialty settings including GI, ENT, fertility/gynecology, and plastics. They are seeking a CRNA who is comfortable caring for pediatric patients in office-based environments, particularly pediatric dental settings. The patients are healthy pediatric cases (primarily ASA I), and procedures are efficient with short sedation and recovery times. This model is designed to support both excellent clinical care and a sustainable lifestyle. The role involves office-based pediatric dental anesthesia with healthy pediatric patients (primarily ASA I), efficient cases with short sedation and recovery times, early start and early finish (many days wrap up by 1-2 PM), and one location per day with supportive clinical and operational teams. The early-start model allows for more time outside the OR.

Requirements

• CRNA licensed (or eligible) in Oregon and/or Washington
• Comfortable providing anesthesia for pediatric patients
• Team-oriented mindset with strong clinical judgment
• Interest in a flexible, lifestyle-friendly practice model

Nice To Haves

• Experience in office-based or ASC settings preferred
