About The Position

The Specialty Alliance is seeking a dedicated Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join their anesthesia team at an Ambulatory Surgery Center. This role involves providing superior care and collaborating with CRNAs, Physicians, and ASC staff in a large, advanced private practice group. The position offers a highly competitive compensation package, including a sign-on bonus, and operates under an independent CRNA practice model with a high degree of autonomy. The CRNA will be responsible for anesthesia care for outpatient GI procedures, including pre-anesthesia evaluations, patient assessments, airway management, anesthesia administration, and patient monitoring throughout procedures and recovery. Collaboration with physicians, nurses, and support staff, along with maintaining compliance with clinical and safety standards, are key aspects of the role. The Specialty Alliance emphasizes a physician-led organization focused on clinical excellence, growth, and exceptional patient care, operating as a Management Services Organization (MSO) to reduce administrative burden and enable physicians to focus on patients.
