About The Position

Essential Anesthesia Management is seeking a team-oriented, experienced CRNA to join the team at Acadiana Endoscopy Center (AEC) in Lafayette, Louisiana. This is a solo-practice Endo setting offering autonomy, efficiency, and strong work-life balance within a cohesive, tenured team. The position offers a predictable daytime schedule that promotes quality of life, working alongside a friendly and highly tenured CRNA team in a supportive culture focused on finding the right long-term fit.

Requirements

• Board Certified CRNA
• Team player
• Ability to practice independently
• Experience working in a cohesive, well-established group

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia services for endoscopy procedures (Upper EGD & Colonoscopies).
• Work independently in a solo-practice setting.
• Manage 4 sites of service daily, averaging 45 cases per day.
• Adhere to a Mon-Fri, 7:30 AM - 3:00 PM schedule.
• Utilize a peel-off system for potential early departures when cases finish.
