About The Position

Essential Anesthesia Management is looking for a service-oriented CRNA to join our team at CHRISTUS Santa Rosa Westover Hills in San Antonio, Texas. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a growing, collaborative anesthesia practice offering a diverse case mix and a chance to work at the top of your license. The role involves performing regional and neuraxial blocks, with training available for those looking to expand their skill set. The CRNA will be part of an on-call team covering OR and backup OB during the day, with anesthesiologists primarily on call at night and weekends, and CRNAs as backup if needed. Optional extra income opportunities are available covering weekend shifts at Westover Hills or other San Antonio facilities.

Requirements

• New graduates and experienced CRNAs welcome!
• Interest in practicing full-scope anesthesia
• Interest in expanding regional/neuraxial experience

Responsibilities

• Perform your own regional and neuraxial blocks
• Be part of the CRNA On-Call team covering OR and backup OB during the day
• Provide backup for anesthesiologist primary call at night and weekends if needed
• Cover 8-hour shifts on weekends at Westover Hills or other San Antonio facilities for optional extra income
