About The Position
The Specialty Alliance is seeking a dedicated Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join their anesthesia team at an Ambulatory Surgery Center. This role involves providing superior care and collaborating with CRNAs, Physicians, and ASC staff in a large, advanced private practice group. The position offers a highly competitive pay and sign-on bonus, with no call, nights, weekends, or holidays. It features a flexible scheduling, an independent CRNA practice model, and a high degree of autonomy.

Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia care for outpatient procedures
- Conduct pre-anesthesia evaluations and patient assessments
- Manage airway and anesthesia administration
- Monitor patients throughout procedures and recovery
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff
- Maintain compliance with clinical and safety standards
