About The Position
We’re seeking a service-driven CRNA to join our collaborative team in Lake Jackson, TX. This independent 1099 opportunity offers excellent pay, a manageable call schedule, and a supportive work environment ideal for both experienced CRNAs and new grads.
Requirements
- Current certification as a CRNA by the National Board on Certification and Re-Certification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA).
- Valid, unrestricted RN and CRNA licenses in Texas (Currently, or willing to obtain).
- Minimum of 0-1 years of experience as a CRNA.
- Proficiency in various anesthesia cases.
- Strong clinical knowledge.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing clinical situations and deliver optimal patient care.
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications are required.
Nice To Haves
- Regional anesthesia proficiency is highly preferred, but the facility is willing to train.
Responsibilities
- Perform anesthesia management for diverse patient populations.
- Provide anesthesia for General, Orthopedic, Endo/GI, Urology, ENT, Podiatry, occasional healthy Pediatrics and Spine cases.
- Participate in a 1:4 call rotation.
- Work collaboratively within a team of 4 CRNAs and 1 MD daily.
