About The Position
Essential Anesthesia Management is offering an outstanding opportunity for a service-oriented CRNA to join our collaborative team at Northwest Medical Center in Bentonville, Arkansas. Requirements
- Board certified
- New graduates welcome and supported through mentorship and hands-on experience!
Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia care in a collaborative Anesthesia Care Team model.
- Participate in a 1:8 backup call rotation, with MDs covering primary call.
- Work in a moderate to high case volume environment offering diverse clinical practice.
- Support the OR team which includes 1 MD and 6 CRNAs, covering 4 ORs plus a dedicated C-section room.
