About The Position

Essential Anesthesia Management is seeking a service-oriented CRNA to join the non-call team at CHRISTUS St. Elizabeth Hospital in Beaumont, Texas. This role offers a rare no-call schedule, allowing you to fully disconnect after your shifts. The position highlights include a salary range of $285,000 – $343,750 annually (W2), no call required, and 7 weeks off annually. Multiple schedule options are available, including a mix of 8s/10s/12s (40 hrs/week/4-day schedule) for $285K, 7a–5p (50 hrs/week) for $343,750, and alternating 7a–7p and 7a–3p for $295K. The role involves diverse case types such as General Surgery, Ortho, GYN, ENT, Urology, Endo, CV, Neuro, OB, and Vascular. The anesthesia team consists of 25 CRNAs and 9 Anesthesiologists across hospital and outpatient settings. Daily staffing in the main hospital includes 3 MDs and 8 CRNAs, while outpatient centers have 1 MD and 4 CRNAs. The environment is described as supportive and collegial with excellent teamwork across the OR. New graduates are welcome and will be supported with training and mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care for diverse case types including General Surgery, Ortho, GYN, ENT, Urology, Endo, CV, Neuro, OB, and Vascular.
• Work within a supportive and collegial anesthesia team of CRNAs and Anesthesiologists.
• Adhere to daily staffing models in both hospital and outpatient settings.
• Collaborate effectively with the OR team.
