About The Position

Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY) is adding a CRNA to the group at NYC Health + Hospitals/Harlem. Harlem Hospital is the largest hospital in Central Harlem and the only Safety Net Hospital in Northern Manhattan. Harlem Hospital is recognized for providing centers of excellence in the areas of Bariatric Surgery, Breast Imaging and Sexual Assault Forensics. Opportunity Details: 8-hr, 10-hr, 12-hr shifts available. Nights and weekends available, but not required. Active Level 2 Trauma Center. Cases include: Pediatric Trauma Minimal OB No Cardiac or Transplant

Requirements

  • Possession of a current New York State Registered Professional Nurse license
  • Successful completion of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program
  • Successful completion of the national certifying examination for Nurse Anesthesia

Benefits

  • Annual Base Salary: $250,000 to $260,000 (based on years of state licensure) based on 40-hour work week. Additional compensation available for extra call or sessional/per diem hours.
  • The annual total value of the compensation package is estimated at $373,800 and $384,800 (based on years of experience), which includes the baseline salary, 401 (k) contribution, sessional/per diem hours, and other factors as set forth below:
  • Estimated annual compensation for 10 additional sessional/per diem hours worked per week is $98,800.
  • 401(k) Company Contribution (subject to IRS contribution limits): Employees are immediately vested in a 3% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match is required. After one year of service, employees receive an additional 7% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match is required.
  • Generous Annual Paid Time Off (PTO): Vacation, Sick, Holiday, and CME days.
  • Medical, Prescription, and Dental Coverage: Top-tier plans with employee contributions significantly below market rates.
