About The Position

Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY) is adding a CRNA to the group at NYC Health + Hospitals/Harlem. Harlem Hospital is the largest hospital in Central Harlem and the only Safety Net Hospital in Northern Manhattan. Opportunity Details: 8-hr, 10-hr, 12-hr shifts available. Nights and weekends available, but not required. Active Level 2 Trauma Center. Cases include: Pediatric Trauma Minimal OB No Cardiac or Transplant

Requirements

Possession of a current New York State Registered Professional Nurse license
Successful completion of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program
Successful completion of the national certifying examination for Nurse Anesthesia

Benefits

Annual Base Salary: $250,000 to $260,000 (based on years of state licensure) based on 40-hour work week. Additional compensation available for extra call or sessional/per diem hours.
The annual total value of the compensation package is estimated at $373,800 and $384,800 (based on years of experience), which includes the baseline salary, 401 (k) contribution, sessional/per diem hours, and other factors as set forth below:
Estimated annual compensation for 10 additional sessional/per diem hours worked per week is $98,800.
401(k) Company Contribution (subject to IRS contribution limits): Employees are immediately vested in a 3% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match is required. After one year of service, employees receive an additional 7% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match is required.
