About The Position
CRNA opening with HSHS St. Elizabeth’s Hospital, a regional medical center serving central and southern Illinois. HSHS St. Elizabeth’s Hospital in O'Fallon, IL, is a regional medical center that provides a comprehensive array of health care services to central and southern Illinois.
Requirements
- Current license as a registered professional nurse
- Graduation from an accredited program of nurse anesthesia education
- Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures
- Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent
- Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients
- Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia
- Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed
- Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership
