About The Position

Greater Anesthesia Solutions is seeking a skilled and motivated CRNA to join our growing team at a busy community hospital in Glendale, AZ. This is an excellent opportunity for both seasoned providers and those early in their careers who want autonomy, strong mentorship, and unbeatable work-life balance. The role offers a diverse case variety including General, Ortho (with regional blocks), GYN, Urology, Spine, Cath Lab, and GI. There are no hearts and very little vascular cases. An optional rotation with the Labor & Delivery team is available for those interested, as are OB-GYN shifts. The position offers an average 4-day work week with post-call and post-afternoon shift time off, and 8 weeks off per year. The annual income is $370,000. The practice model is independent, empowering CRNAs to own their practice, with supportive leadership and an exceptional team culture. The location in Glendale offers proximity to outdoor adventures, entertainment venues, shopping, dining, and is a short drive to downtown Phoenix, Scottsdale nightlife, and Lake Pleasant.

Responsibilities
