About The Position

Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY) is adding a CRNA to the group at NYC Health + Hospitals/Lincoln. Lincoln Medical Center is a designated Level I Trauma and Stroke Center and has Centers of Excellence in all medical specialties, including its award-winning Cancer and Breast Centers. Requirements

  • Possession of a current New York State Registered Professional Nurse license
  • Successful completion of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program
  • Successful completion of the national certifying examination for Nurse Anesthesia

Responsibilities

  • Formulation of an anesthetic plan in conjunction with the Attending Anesthesiologist, based on individual patient needs.
  • Provision of anesthesia services to all age groups, including pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients.
  • Induction of general anesthesia using accepted methods, based on the anesthetic plan, and in accordance with the prescription of an Attending Anesthesiologist.

Benefits

  • Annual Base Salary: $250,000 to $260,000 (based on years of experience) based on 40-hour work week.
  • Additional compensation available for extra call or sessional/per diem hours.
  • The annual total value of the compensation package is estimated at $373,800 and $384,800 (based on years of experience), which includes the baseline salary, 401(k) contribution, sessional/per diem hours, and other factors as set forth below:
  • Estimated annual compensation for 10 additional sessional/per diem hours worked per week is $98,800.
  • 401(k) Company Contribution (subject to IRS contribution limits): Employees are immediately vested in a 3% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match is required. After one year of service, employees receive an additional 7% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match is required.
  • Generous Annual Paid Time Off (PTO): Vacation, Sick, Holiday, and CME days.
  • Medical, Prescription, and Dental Coverage: Top-tier plans with employee contributions significantly below market rates.
