About The Position

Essential Anesthesia Management is seeking a service-oriented CRNA to join their team at Willow Creek Women’s Hospital in Johnson, Arkansas. This position offers a competitive compensation of $326,000 on a 1099 basis, along with a generous 10 weeks off annually and no call, weekends, or nights. The role involves providing anesthesia for a variety of cases, including ortho heavy, OB/Gyn, and a small amount of Urology. The daily staffing includes two OR CRNAs, one Anesthesiologist, and a 24/hr in-house OB CRNA. CRNAs in this role operate with high autonomy, working fully independently across three sites of service, with MD support covering one site. The schedule is Monday-Friday, from 7 AM to 3 PM, with opportunities for overtime after 40 hours per week. Requirements

• Board Certified
• Block Proficient
• US Block Proficiency
• Comfortable working fully independently
• Arkansas license or willingness to obtain
