About The Position

We are seeking a highly autonomous, self-motivated CRNA to join our team in Big Spring, Texas. Requirements

Current certification as a CRNA by the National Board on Certification and Re-Certification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA).
Valid, unrestricted RN and CRNA licenses in Texas (Currently, or willing to obtain).
Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a CRNA.
Proficiency in OB/GYN, GI, podiatry, urology and general cases.
Strong clinical knowledge and ability to perform anesthesia management for diverse patient populations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to adapt to changing clinical situations and deliver optimal patient care.
BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications are required.
Must be comfortable practicing autonomously.

Responsibilities

Practice anesthesia management for OB (approximately 15 deliveries/month), GYN, GI, Podiatry, Urology, and General cases.
Practice autonomously in a solo CRNA model.
Respond within 30 minutes for call situations (no in-house call).
Adapt to changing clinical situations and deliver optimal patient care.
Interact with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
