About The Position

Access Healthcare Staffing Solutions is seeking a qualified Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist for a W2 direct-hire opportunity. Requirements

• Current certification as a CRNA by the National Board on Certification and Re-certification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA)
• Valid, unrestricted RN and CRNA licenses in Arkansas.
• Proficiency in General, Ortho, OB, Urology, Peds, ENT, Vascular, Pain, Cath Lab, IR
• Strong clinical knowledge and ability to deliver anesthesia care across diverse patient populations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required

Nice To Haves

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a CRNA preferred; New grads will also be considered.

Responsibilities

• Providing high-quality anesthesia care across a variety of clinical settings.
• Working as part of a collaborative and well-supported anesthesia team.
• Delivering anesthesia care across diverse patient populations.
• Full-scope anesthesia practice including general, regional, neuraxial, airway management, and vascular access.
• Independent practice within clinical privileges.
