About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated CRNA to join our growing team in Sugar Land, TX. This is an independent practice role with a 1:5 in-house call schedule, a diverse case mix, and excellent compensation for a CRNA comfortable working autonomously with collaborative support when needed. Located just 20 miles southwest of Houston, Sugar Land is one of Texas’s most affluent and fastest-growing cities. Requirements

• Current certification as a CRNA by the National Board on Certification and Re-Certification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA).
• Valid, unrestricted RN and CRNA licenses in Texas (Currently, or willing to obtain).
• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a CRNA.
• Proficiency in Ob and regional cases.
• Strong clinical knowledge.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing clinical situations and deliver optimal patient care.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications are required.
• Provider must acquire neonatal resuscitation certification either pre-employment or directly after for the OB department.

Nice To Haves

• OB and Regional anesthesia skills are highly preferred, but the facility is willing to train.
• Neonatal resuscitation certification required either pre-employment or directly after for the OB department.

Responsibilities

• Perform anesthesia management for diverse patient populations.
• Work independently with collaborative support when needed.
• Participate in an in-house call rotation (1:5).
