1099 Full-Time CRNA - Ada, Oklahoma
About The Position
National Partners in Healthcare is seeking a full-time CRNA to join our established team at Mercy Hospital Ada. This is an exceptional opportunity to practice in a true CRNA Independent Practice anesthesia model with significant autonomy, a highly desirable 1:6 call rotation, and a schedule designed to promote an outstanding work-life balance. The practice is community-based at Mercy Hospital Ada and includes 3 operating rooms plus OB coverage. The case mix is broad and bread-and-butter, including General Surgery, Orthopedics, ENT, Urology, OB, and Endoscopy. Regional anesthesia experience is welcomed. Ada offers small-town living with easy access to larger metropolitan areas, approximately 90 minutes from Oklahoma City and 2 hours from the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex.
Requirements
- NBCRNA Certification (or in process of obtaining).
- Oklahoma State License.
- ACLS Card.
- PALS Card.
Nice To Haves
- Regional anesthesia experience.
Responsibilities
- Practice anesthesia in a CRNA Independent Practice model.
- Provide anesthesia coverage for 3 operating rooms plus OB.
- Manage a broad case mix including General Surgery, Orthopedics, ENT, Urology, OB, and Endoscopy.
- Participate in a 1:6 weekday and weekend call rotation.
- Engage in autonomous clinical decision-making.

- $360,000 base compensation
- Total earning potential up to $425,000
- $100k sign-on bonus
- 13 weeks off annually
- 3 weeks on / 1 week off schedule
- Paid overtime
- Additional call compensation
