About The Position
The Specialty Alliance is seeking a dedicated Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join their anesthesia team at an Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) in San Antonio, TX. This role involves providing superior care and collaborating with CRNAs, Physicians, and ASC staff within a large, advanced private practice group. The position offers an independent CRNA practice model with a high degree of autonomy, working in a facility with 7 to 9 rooms and an all-CRNA model where staff share patient prep responsibilities. The group is supported by GI Alliance and emphasizes a physician-led, multi-specialty care model focused on clinical excellence, growth, and exceptional patient care.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia care for outpatient GI procedures
- Conduct pre-anesthesia evaluations and patient assessments
- Manage airway and anesthesia administration
- Monitor patients throughout procedures and recovery
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff
- Maintain compliance with clinical and safety standards
