Meridian Anesthesia, a division of National Partners in Healthcare, is seeking experienced and motivated CRNAs to join our team at Medical City Arlington. This is an exceptional opportunity to practice in a high-acuity environment with outstanding autonomy, supportive physician colleagues, and competitive compensation. The position is a 1099 contract role with a schedule of 6 weeks off. The facility includes 9 ORs, 1 GI lab, 1 Cath Lab, and 3 OB suites. The case mix includes General, B&B Regional for Ortho, Spine, GI/Endo, Ortho, Urology, EP/Cath Lab, some Cardiovascular, Vascular/Thoracic, and a busy OB service with OB epidurals (in-house CRNA at night). The EMR system is Graphium with point-of-care charting. CRNAs are responsible for placing spinals, epidurals, peripheral nerve blocks, arterial/central lines, etc. There are 2 MDs in-house 24/7. Medical City Arlington is a Level II Trauma Center. The practice environment offers full clinical autonomy, primarily medical supervision with 1:3 ratios, with opportunities for teaching and training to allow CRNAs to function autonomously. CRNAs independently perform blocks, lines, epidurals, and spinals. The physician MDs are supportive and enjoy teaching while maintaining a hands-off approach. Weekends and nights are not required, but flexible extra income is available through weekend and night shifts.
