About The Position
The Specialty Alliance is seeking a dedicated Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join their anesthesia team at an Ambulatory Surgery Center in Mesquite, TX. This role is within a large, advanced private practice group, and the CRNA will work collaboratively with other CRNAs, Physicians, and ASC staff to provide superior care. The position offers an independent CRNA practice model with a high degree of autonomy.
Requirements
- CRNA
- Eligible state license
- Excellent communication skills
Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia care for outpatient GI procedures
- Conduct pre-anesthesia evaluations and patient assessments
- Manage airway and anesthesia administration
- Monitor patients throughout procedures and recovery
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff
- Maintain compliance with clinical and safety standards
