About The Position

The Specialty Alliance is seeking a dedicated Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join the anesthesia team at an Ambulatory Surgery Center in Conroe, TX. This is an opportunity to work within a large, advanced private practice group, collaborating with CRNAs, Physicians, and ASC staff to provide superior care. The role emphasizes an independent CRNA practice model with a high degree of autonomy, offering flexible scheduling and no call, nights, weekends, or holidays. The CRNA will provide anesthesia care for outpatient procedures, conduct pre-anesthesia evaluations, manage airway and anesthesia administration, monitor patients during procedures and recovery, and collaborate with the healthcare team while maintaining compliance with clinical and safety standards.

Requirements

• CRNA
• Eligible state license
• Excellent communication skills
