About The Position

Somnia Anesthesia is seeking a full-time CRNA to join a dynamic, clinician-led team of CRNAs and anesthesiologists at St. Joseph's Medical Center in Stockton, CA. This role offers an independent practice model with a full scope of practice, a diverse case mix, and a collegial environment within a highly rated academic medical center. There is a potential for a $20k AANA Congress 2026 Limited-Time Bonus for full-time positions, offered between 8/1-9/15, 2026.

Requirements

Full-time or part-time CRNA.
Motivated to practice independently.
Experienced CRNAs or new graduates.
Must be eligible to practice independently.
2-year commitment for $40,000 commencement bonus or 3-year commitment for $60,000 commencement bonus.

Responsibilities

Provide anesthesia services in an independent practice model.
Manage a diverse case mix including general, colorectal, ortho, spine, thoracic, cardiac, vascular, OB/GYN, plastics, ENT, podiatry, and more.
Perform regional anesthesia, arterial lines, and central lines.
Work collaboratively within a diverse Anesthesiology department.
Participate in anesthesia services for acute care ORs, cardiac ORs, obstetrics, GI/endo, cath lab, interventional radiology, and a hospital ambulatory surgery center.

Leading compensation: 0-2 years $350,604.80, 2-5 years $360,609.60, 5+ years $385,611.20.
Commencement Bonus: $40,000 for a 2-year commitment or $60,000 for a 3-year commitment.
