About The Position

We are looking for the final CRNA to complete our growing team at a well-supported facility in El Dorado, AR. This is an outstanding opportunity for a CRNA seeking strong compensation, clinical autonomy, and a collaborative environment with a manageable call schedule. You’ll join a team of 5 CRNAs and 1 MD, covering a diverse range of cases with the option to participate in blocks and procedures that expand your skills. With $335,000 (1099) compensation, 10 weeks off, and the flexibility to pick up extra work nearby, this position delivers on both work-life balance and career development. Requirements

  • Current certification as a CRNA by the National Board on Certification and Re-Certification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA).
  • Valid, unrestricted RN and CRNA licenses in Arkansas (Currently, or willing to obtain).
  • Minimum of 0-1 years of experience as a CRNA.
  • Proficiency in central lines, epidural and spinal cases.
  • Strong clinical knowledge and ability to perform anesthesia management for diverse patient populations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
  • Ability to adapt to changing clinical situations and deliver optimal patient care.
  • BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications are required.

Nice To Haves

  • Facility is willing to train if needed for central lines, epidurals, and spinals.
  • CRNAs are able to place peripheral nerve blocks if desired.

Responsibilities

  • Provide anesthesia management for diverse patient populations.
  • Perform anesthesia for Urology, Orthopedic, OB/GYN, ENT, GI, and General cases.
  • Administer anesthesia for some pediatric cases including dental restoration and ENT.
  • Place central lines, epidurals, and spinals.
  • Option to place peripheral nerve blocks.
  • Participate in a 1:5 call rotation, which can be beeper call from home.
  • Pick up shifts at nearby facilities on weeks off, if desired.
