About The Position

NorthStar is hiring Full Time CRNAs at the University of Maryland Charles Regional Medical Center in La Plata, MD. This is a small practice with a collaborative anesthesia team serving a diverse patient population. The primary case mix includes general surgery, orthopedics, OB, GI, and healthy pediatrics. The position offers flexible shifts with a 1:6 call rotation and is suitable for both new graduates and experienced CRNAs. The role comes with a generous compensation package, including a base salary of $300,000 (including 1:6 call), an $75,000 sign-on bonus, and 8 weeks of PTO.

Requirements

Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) qualification.
Ability to work in a collaborative care-team model.
Willingness to participate in call rotation.
New graduates and seasoned CRNAs are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

Provide anesthesia care in a collaborative care-team model.
