About The Position
National Partners in Healthcare is seeking a full-time CRNA to join our established team at Mercy Hospital Ada. This is an exceptional opportunity to practice in a true CRNA Independent Practice anesthesia model with significant autonomy, a highly desirable 1:6 call rotation, and a schedule designed to promote an outstanding work-life balance. Mercy Ada is a community-based hospital with 3 operating rooms plus OB coverage. The practice offers a broad, bread-and-butter case mix including General Surgery, Orthopedics, ENT, Urology, OB, Endoscopy, Healthy Pediatrics. Regional anesthesia experience is welcomed. Ada offers small-town living with easy access to larger metropolitan areas.
Requirements
- NBCRNA Certification (or in process of obtaining)
- Oklahoma State License
- ACLS Card
- PALS Card

Responsibilities
- Practice anesthesia in a CRNA Independent Practice model.
- Provide anesthesia services for a broad case mix including General Surgery, Orthopedics, ENT, Urology, OB, Endoscopy, and Healthy Pediatrics.
- Participate in a 1:6 weekday and weekend call rotation.
- Collaborate with a team of six CRNAs.
- Make autonomous clinical decisions.

- Base compensation of $360,000
- Total earning potential up to $425,000
- $100k sign-on bonus
- 13 weeks off annually
