About The Position

Ambulatory Anesthesia Care – Pacific Northwest (AAC-PNW) provides high-quality office-based anesthesia services across pediatric dental, adult dental, and select specialty settings including GI, ENT, fertility/gynecology, and plastics. They are seeking a CRNA who is comfortable caring for pediatric patients in office-based environments, particularly pediatric dental settings. The patients are healthy pediatric cases (primarily ASA I), and procedures are efficient with short sedation and recovery times. This model is designed to support both excellent clinical care and a sustainable lifestyle. The role involves office-based pediatric dental anesthesia for healthy pediatric patients (primarily ASA I) with efficient cases and short sedation and recovery times. Many days wrap up by 1-2 PM, and providers work at one location per day. The company offers a supportive clinical and operational team and an early-start model that allows for more personal time outside the OR.

Requirements

• CRNA licensed (or eligible) in Oregon and/or Washington
• Comfortable providing anesthesia for pediatric patients
• Team-oriented mindset with strong clinical judgment
• Interest in a flexible, lifestyle-friendly practice model

Nice To Haves

• Experience in office-based or ASC settings preferred
