About The Position
The Specialty Alliance is seeking a dedicated Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join their anesthesia team at an Ambulatory Surgery Center in New Orleans, LA. This is a per diem opportunity within a large, advanced private practice group, focused on providing superior care in collaboration with CRNAs, Physicians, and ASC staff. The role offers a flexible, independent CRNA practice model with a high degree of autonomy, and options for both 1099 and W-2 per diem arrangements. The practice emphasizes a physician-led organization at every level, operating as a Management Services Organization (MSO) to reduce administrative burden and allow physicians to focus on patient care. Their model is built on strengthening patient care through quality, access, and outcomes, driven by measurable value and data insights.

Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia care for outpatient procedures
- Conduct pre-anesthesia evaluations and patient assessments
- Manage airway and anesthesia administration
- Monitor patients throughout procedures and recovery
