About The Position
Somnia Anesthesia, a clinician-led and physician-owned anesthesia group, is looking for CRNAs seeking work-life balance to join our growing team within the Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare System in Germantown, TN. This role offers ultimate flexibility with split shifts, allowing you to choose when you work, and no mandatory call. CRNAs practice to their full scope, including regional anesthesia, arterial lines, and central lines. The position is based in an Academic Medical Center with teaching opportunities and practice diversity across various specialties. The system handles approximately 40,000 annual cases across five locations.
Requirements
- Active state license
- DEA
- State CDS
- Board certification required
- ACLS
- PALS
- BLS

Responsibilities
- Practice to their full scope of practice
- Perform regional anesthesia, arterial lines, and central lines
- Engage in teaching opportunities
- Work across diverse practice areas including General, Cardiac, Vascular, Neuro, Ortho, ENT, GI, GYN, Plastics, Obstetrical, NORA, Cath Lab and GI.
